GHOST CEO COACHING PROGRAM
Fiona Walsh, principal of FM Walsh & Associates, is one of only three coaches in North America approved to provide the Ghost CEO Program. This program was developed by Flett Ventures and accepts only 100 clients per year. The Ghost CEO program focuses on the driving the client’s profitability and sustainability. It has been used in over 2000 companies throughout North America, Europe and Australia.
In this program, participants experience substantial education and business development. Prospective clients are screened by the company to determine suitability for the program. Ghost CEO Program participants must have the mindset required to take a leadership role in their business and in their market. Our clients range from start-up entrepreneurs in their first venture to established multi-million dollar companies looking to sustain their position in international markets.
