Going Green

As the world shifts towards a “green” economy, consumers are more likely to purchase from a company that offers a green touch rather than one that does not.  I came across an interesting article in Entrepreneur magazine that describes one American company’s efforts to go green.  In this example, riding a bike to make deliveries has boosted this restaurant’s sales by $2,000 while saving the environment.  Having a “green” aspect in your company will help to create a buzz about your services and possibly cut back on expenses. You may already have environmentally responsible practices or make small “shifts” to a “greener” approach.  What are you doing to tell clients your business is “going green”?

small shifts sounds good, but will this green “trend” disappear like all the others?

it feels like going “green” is a little expected these days. It reminds me of marketing buzz words like “all natural” “good for you” or “fat free”.

I’ve seen way to many “green” logos and green messages on packaging these days that they’re looking/sounding the same.

    next trend please!
